Mr. Jay B. Springer is a Partner & Portfolio Manager at Evercore Wealth Management LLC and at Evercore Trust Co. NA. He is also the Chief Investment Officer of Evercore Trust Company and is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Investment Management Committee.
Prior to joining Evercore Wealth Management in 2008, Mr. Springer was a Managing Director of US Trust, which he joined in 1983.
He was responsible for managing individual client portfolios, mutual funds and common trust funds.
He also held several management roles, including supervising all client-facing portfolio managers and managing the New York Wealth Management and Wealth Advisory Groups.
Mr. Springer earned his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University in 1981 and M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of business in 1983.
