Profil
Prior to SVB Capital, Mr. Liou began his research and analysis career in 2002 as an actuarial analyst at Blue Shield of California, where he was involved in forecasting member and provider utilization trends in the California health care market.
Mr. Liou has also conducted economic and financial market research at the Institute of International Finance and at the Economist Intelligence Unit in London.
Mr. Liou earned a bachelor's degree in statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and also holds master's degrees in economics and international relations from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
