Mr. Lowe has over 19 years experience in the closed-end funds sector on both the sell side and buy side.
He started his career at Olliff and Partners/City of London Investment Management before spending time at HSBC James Capel and Credit Lyonnais Securities as an institutional sales person.
He moved over to the buy side in 2005 where he ran the closed-end fund arbitrage desk at BNP Paribas Arbitrage and KBC Bank.
He joined Arbuthnot Securities in 2009 to head up the closed-end funds team before joining Investec Securities in 2011.
