Prior to joining HandsOn Ventures in 2005, Mr. Charles was the Chief financial Officer of Interpharm Holdings from January 1999 to January 2004.
From 1994 to 1999 he was a financial consultant to several public companies including acting as a Chief Financial officer of a Printing Company.
He was a partner in the firm of Ernst & Young from 1966 to 1994.
Mr. Charles is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Puerto Rico.
