He has also served as Vice President and Director of Research at Bear Stearns Asset Management and as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Research at O’Shaughnessy Capital Management/Netfolio.
He received a B.S.
in economics from Sofia, Bulgaria, an M.S.
in Mathematics and Statistics from Southern Illinois University in 1995, and an MBA from Thunderbird – The Gavin School of International Management in 1997.
He also obtained the CFA designation in 2001 and his CIPM designation in 2017.
