Mr. Ginsburg joined Energy Investors Funds in 1999.
He is the Portfolio Manager for the Caribbean Basin Power Fund and holds day-to-day responsibility for the investment and management of that fund.
He has over 20 years of related work experience as a project lender, developer, and consultant.
From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Ginsburg was Vice President and Team Leader, Project Finance, of Fuji Bank where he was involved in several transactions in Central America and the Caribbean Basin region.
From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Ginsburg was President of Ginsburg & Associates, L.L.C., a consulting firm, where his responsibilities included work as an energy project financial and development advisor.
From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Ginsburg was President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Power Funding Corp.
From 1985 to 1991, he was Senior Vice President and Manager at G.E.
Capital, arranging financing for energy companies and facilities.
From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Ginsburg was an Account Manager for the Bank of Montreal, where he was involved with both Latin American transactions and U.S.
utility financings.
He received an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from New York University.
