Harry C.
Calhoun has been Vice President of Technology and Strategy for IBM Systems & Technology Group since January 2000.
He is a Director of International SEMATECH and the Semiconductor Industry Association (now The Society of Semiconductor Industry Seniors).
Mr. Calhoun joined IBM's East Fishkill in 1969 and served as Laboratory Director and Assistant General Manager of Semiconductor Operations.
Previously, he was Vice President of the Semiconductor Research and Development Center for Worldwide Semiconductor Process Technology Development of International Business Machines Corp.
and Vice President of Product Development for IBM Microelectronics, Inc. Mr. Calhoun has 34 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
