Dr. Hans-Peter Dietz, born 1966, got 1991 his Physics Diploma at the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich (LMU) and afterwards in the area of elementary particle physics attained a Doctorate.
During this time he was active over several years at the European nuclear research centre ‘CERN’ in Geneva (Switzerland).
Parallel to he went through an Economical Study to TU Munich with conclusion as a Diploma Industrial Engineer (German MBA).
Between 1995 and 1999 he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, last as Senior Project Manager.
In this function he advised numerous clients in the industry, the application-oriented research, banking, assurance, and other service industry.
A substantial emphasis of its activity covered the ranges product development, commercial adjustment of technology development activities and strategy development for technology-based growth.
Since 1999 Dr. Hans-Peter Dietz leads the operation of the TakeOff Venture Capital Fund as an acting partner of the TakeOff Management GmbH.
Besides he advises regularly medium-size enterprises in and outside of the IT industry regarding the development of future business fields as well as in crisis situations.
Dr. Dietz answers for Acquisition and Negotiation within CRESCO.
