Prior to co-founding Echo Point Investment Management in October 2010, Mr. van den Berg co-founded Echo Point Investment Management after being at Morgan Stanley since 2005 and working briefly at Invesco in 2010.

Before that, he served as managing director and chief investment officer for Pierson Capital in Amsterdam.
He also worked as an Executive Director by Van Kampen Asset Management.
Mr. van den Berg received a BBA from Nijenrode University, The Netherlands, and an MBA from Temple University.
