Buetow, Jr. PhD, is Senior Advisor at AFAM Capital, Inc.
Prior to joining AFAM Capital, Dr. Buetow was employed as Founder by Innealta Portfolio Advisors LLC, Chief Investment Officer by XTF Advisors LLC, a Director of Research by Atlantic Asset Management LLC and Wheat First Professor of Finance by James Madison University.
He was also lead quantitative researcher for Prudential Investment's Quantitative Investment Management Group where he managed an enhanced index fund and developed structured securities.
While in the Navy, Dr. Buetow was a Nuclear Engineering officer.
Dr. Buetow received his B.S.
in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D.
in Finance and Econometrics from Lehigh University.
He also has a M.S.
in Finance from the University of Texas - Dallas.
