Mr. Sod Hoffs received a Ph.D.
and a MA in Economics from Harvard University where he was a Fulbright and Ford-MacArthur fellow.
He also received a B.Sc.
in Economics from the Instituto Tecnólogico Autónomo de México, where he graduated with the highest honors.
