Mr. Smith joined Buchanan Street in July 2004, after spending nearly two years spearheading the Orange County investment sales operations for Secured Capital and ten years as an investment sale professional with Cushman & Wakefield/Cushman Realty Corp in the downtown Los Angeles office.
Mr. Smith has been successfully involved in the marketing and disposition of over $1.2 billion in commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family assets.
Mr. Smith graduated with a B.S.
in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
He maintains a California Real Estate Broker's License and is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, the USC Lusk Real Estate Association, the UC Irvine Real Estate Advisors Board of Directors and the United States Navy League.
