His expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic advisories, and fairness opinions for corporations, private equity groups, board of directors, and significant shareholders.
These assignments have involved many Fortune 500 companies as well as a number of private and public entities in the USA, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining Rothschild in 2018, Mr. Mennellla was a Managing Director at Lincoln International LLC, where he served as the Global Head of the firm's Chemical & Materials practice and Head of its New York office.
Prior to 2006, Mr. Mennella was a Managing Director at Peter J.
Solomon Company in New York.
During his career, Mr. Mennella has headed JPMorgan Chase's Chemical, Industrial and Consumer M&A practices, was in charge of Deutsche Bank's US M&A Group and spent nine years at Lazard in New York and Frankfurt.
Mr. Mennella is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Mr. Mennella is on the Board of Directors of the Societe de Chimie Industrielle and has served on the Board of Directors of Hovione.
He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University
