Prior to his affiliation with Agilent Ventures, Mr. Raber was a partner at Giza Venture Capital, an early stage venture fund focusing on communications and life science investments.
Before joining Giza Venture Capital Mr. Raber was an associate research analyst at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown, covering the computer systems, storage and imaging sectors.
He has management and engineering experience from Xerox PARC, Siemens Medical Systems, and Electronics for Imaging, where he worked on the development of new products in the areas of Liquid Crystal Displays, Medical Imaging, and Color Imaging.
Mr. Raber holds a Bachelor degree in Physics from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
