Profil
Mr. Paglayan joined Hicks Trans American Partners in 2005, and has served as its Vice President since June 2007 working out of the Buenos Aires office.
He has been involved in originating, structuring and monitoring new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining HTAP, Mr. Paglayan served as manager of Buenos Aires Capital Partners, an Argentine investment banking boutique, where for five years he was actively involved in numerous M&A and debt restructuring transactions in industries such as consumer products, food & beverages, agribusiness, media and entertainment.
From 1995 to 1997, he worked as an analyst and supervisor at the Central Bank of Argentina.
Mr. Paglayan received an Economics degree from Universidad de San Andrés in Argentina in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1999.
