EDWARD J.
LYSEN joined AERT in April 1999 as chief financial officer.
Mr. Lysen has over 30 years experience in financial management.
Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Lysen was a consultant in the Management Consulting Group, KPMG-Peat Marwick from 1966 to 1979.
From 1979 to 1992, Mr. Lysen was senior vice-president, CFO and on the board of Tuesday Morning, Inc., a publicly traded retailer.
From 1993 to 1996, he served as chairman of the board and CFO of Distribution Data Management Systems, a computer service provider in the office products industry.
In 1996, Mr. Lysen entered the financial planning industry with AAL, a leading fraternal benefits society.
In 1998 to 1999, he was the CFO of Hairston Roberson, a leading designer and manufacturer of women's fashion apparel.
He has an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University and is a certified public accountant.
