Before his capital markets career, Mr. Rainwater worked in the banking and financial services industry in credit and corporate audit with Bank One Corporation (acquired by JP Morgan) and The Associates (acquired by Citigroup).
Mr. Rainwater received his bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Central Florida and his masters of business administration from the University of Tennessee.
He holds the CFA and CPA designations.
