David is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Journal, and a practicing corporate and securities lawyer.
In addition to his legal practice, he has helped to finance, organize, manage and grow several startups and emerging growth companies.
These companies have raised more than $400 million from individual investors and investment banks including Jefferies, Cowen, Piper Jaffray, Oppenheimer and Maxim.
David has previously served as president of a NASDAQ- listed immuno-oncology company, and is currently an officer and director of a private clinical-stage ophthalmology company developing treatments for rare retinal diseases.
?David currently is the Treasurer and a member of the board of Synagogue for the Performing Arts, Rabbi Joseph Telushkin’s shul in Los Angeles.
He is rated 5.0 out of 5 by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a California Super Lawyer in 2005 and 2006.
