David Tarnowski is the COO at Disruptive, overseeing investment sales, analysis, transaction execution, and investor relations.
Additionally, he assists in the management of Disruptive’s discretionary liquidity fund.
He has over 15 years of investment banking experience in private and public markets, working with a variety of international and institutional investors, and across sectors.
He previously worked at Ampton Investments Inc., a New York-based boutique investment and advisory firm.
He has a B.B.A with honors from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D.
from Columbia Law School.
David is a board member for Disruptive Acquisition Corporation I and board observer for Shield AI and Forto.
He is FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licensed and a member of the New York Bar.
