He has been conducting executive searches on a national and international scale since 1998.
Darren joined Heidrick & Struggles following the firm’s acquisition of IronHill Partners, a national retained executive search firm, where he was a partner in the Boston office.
Focused on technology companies, IronHill grew into one of the leading recruiting firms in North America with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and California.
Before joining IronHill, Darren was with another executive search firm where he was a member of the advanced technology practice.
He began his career in marketing communications with Executive Risk Inc. (acquired by Chubb), a directors and officers risk management company, where he managed PR, IR, marketing programs, and corporate communications initiatives.
