Danny L.
Parker joined Tekelec as Senior Director of Customer Service for the Network Switching Division in November 1994.
From April 1998 to October 2000, he held various executive management positions in the Network Switching Division and the Network Diagnostics Division of Tekelec, including Vice President and General Manager of the Network Diagnostics Division from February 1999 to October 2000.
Mr. Parker became Vice President of Corporate Development for Tekelec in October 2000 and held that position until May 2004.
He became Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Tekelec in May 2004 and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer in July 2005.
Mr. Parker has over 20 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining Tekelec, he held various executive management positions in Customer Service, Research and Development and Marketing at Northern Telecom, Inc. for 14 years.
