Snyder, Jr., is Chief Operating & Compliance Officer at JNK Securities Corp.
Previoulsy, he was the President and co-Founder of American Technology Research (AmTech), which was sold to Gleacher & Co. (GLCH) in 2008.
Before AmTech, Mr. Snyder was the COO/CFO of the SoundView Technology Group prior to the firm's sale to Charles Schwab in 2003.
He also spent 7 years as the COO of the Equities Division of S.G.
Warburg & Co., Inc. which was sold to Swiss Bank Corp.
in 1995.

Mr. Snyder received his MS from New York University's Stern School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College.
