Before joining Rorer, he was the Associate Director of Research and Portfolio Manager for the First Pennsylvania Bank.
Prior to that, he worked as an Analyst for Value Line, Inc.
Mr. Storms holds a B.A. degree from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
