Mr. Christophe Ramoisy holds a graduate degree in management from Université Paris-Dauphine.
He started at the capital markets division of Crédit Lyonnais in 1988 where he managed the fixed income origination and syndication activities.
In 1996, he was appointed head of midcap equity activities.
Mr. Ramoisy notably arranged many LBO exits on the stock market together with a number of public to private transactions.
He focuses actively on the deal flow origination for which he has developed an expertise and a large contact network in his previous employment.
