Mr. Wagner joined Spence Asset Management in 1993 offering securities through Investment Management & Research, Inc. He has traveled and been employed in many positions in the international arena working in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa focusing on Financial and Human Resource Management for large American and International corporations.
Mr. Wagner attended the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and New Mexico State University graduating with a Bachelors degree with honors in management with a minor in economics and furthering his education with an MBA in 1985.
He completed the CFP Professional Education Program at the College for Financial Planning, Denver CO in 1997 and was subsequently licensed as a Certified Financial Planner by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Mr. Wagner is an active member of the Las Cruces SERTOMA Club, Elks Club, Las Cruces Country Club and Southern New Mexico Society for Human Resources management.
