The Employers' Federation of Ceylon The Employers' Federation of Ceylon (EFC), established in 1929, is Sri Lanka’s national employers’ organization representing over 700 members across 21 industries and advocating for more than 800,000 employees. The private company is based in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka.
