Mr. Collier joined Charlesbank in 2003, after graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a master’s in real estate development.
Before graduate school, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Faison Capital Advisors and was a Founder and Co-chairman of Beads for Needs, a non-profit organization raising money and awareness for children’s charities in Charlotte, NC.
Prior to that, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Bank of America in the global corporate investment banking division.
In addition to his master’s, Mr. Collier holds a BS in business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
