B. Pruett is a Co-Founder & Principal of Northstar Pacific Partners, Inc. Prior to co-founding Northstar Pacific Partners in 2003, he served as President of Cadence Homes Southern California LLC, where he was in charge of sourcing, structuring, executing and managing homebuilding and investment assets throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining Cadence Homes, he was the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Division Manager for the Southern California Division of Trimark Pacific Homes LP.
With ten years of due diligence, entitlement, acquisition, development and homebuilding experience, he has extensive knowledge of the Southern California real estate market.
Prior to working for Trimark, he was the Director of Land Acquisition for the Southern California Division of Ryland Homes where he acquired over 2,000 lots.
He began his career at the Orange County Division of Kaufman and Broad (KB Home) where he assisted in forward planning and land acquisition capacities.
Mr. Pruett holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.
