Mr. Bryan Sullivan is a Director of Acquisitions at Origin Capital Partners LLC.
Mr. Sullivan has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1994, during which time he has held numerous executive positions with Chicago area real estate firms.
He has extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, asset management and consulting.
Mr. Sullivan was one of the three founding partners of Foresite Realty Partners, where he helped establish a $200 million programmatic joint venture with an East Coast real estate fund.
He also helped create a full service corporate real estate service firm that grew from 5 employees to over 100 employees in less than five years.
Mr. Sullivan worked with the LaQuinta executive team on market studies, valuation, construction, zoning, negotiations, due diligence and retail leasing for future development.
He also has experience in dispositions of institutional real estate including 250 S.
Wacker, which he sold on behalf of the second largest CMBS special servicer.
Mr. Sullivan received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1993.
