Brian Ludwig

Prior to joining HCM in January 2007, Mr. Ludwig worked as an Associate at CrossKeys Capital, a boutique mergers and acquisitions investment bank based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he created offering memoranda, proposals, and executive summaries for small companies.
Before that, Mr. Ludwig worked as an Analyst at Kolter Communities, an international real estate development company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, where his work focused on financial modeling and financing proposals for private development projects.
Mr. Ludwig is a past member of the Board of Directors of the American Lung Association of Southeast Florida, chairing the Student Teach Students program.
Mr. Ludwig holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics.
