Mr. Lashley joined ORIX USA in 2001 via its acquisition of Seaboard & Co., a Maryland-based investment management and merchant banking firm.
As a vice president at Seaboard, hewas responsible for coordinating the structuring, documentation and implementation of the firm’s CDO transactions.
In this capacity, he was the primary point of contact for external counterparties, including underwriters, rating agencies and investors.
From 1995 to 1998, he worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. selling high-grade corporate debt and federal agency instruments to institutional asset managers.
Mr. Lashley received a BS in investments with a concentration in corporate finance from Babson College.
