Prior to joining Colt Ventures in February of 2005, Mr. Blanton spent 14 years in executive search and business development.
He brings a strong network of executives within public and private international companies including retail, manufacturing, distribution, banking, telecommunications, medical, and enterprise software engineering.
During the 1990's, he assisted many information technology entrepreneurs in identifying critical team members to grow their teams.
Mr. Blanton works with Darren Blanton, his brother, to capitalize on a strong network of great business builders and innovators.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin.
