O'Malley, CFA MBA, is a Chief Executive Officer & Co-Chief Investment Officer at Income Research & Management, Inc. He joined the firm in September 1994 and was named Chief Executive Officer in January 2020.

Prior to joining Income Research, he was a Vice President at Wellington Management Company LLP and also worked at the Vanguard Group, and in Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income Division.
He holds a BA in Political Science from Amherst College (1984) and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (1989).
