Prior to joining Telrad Networks, Mr. Kandell was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Commatch.
Previously, Mr. Kandell held various positions at Amdocs Ltd. He has 15 years of experience in marketing and sales in the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Kandell received a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion University.
