Ms. Alexandra L.
Fuhrmann, CFA, is a Managing Director at CIBC Private Wealth Advisors, Inc. She is a senior portfolio and relationship manager for CIBC Private Wealth Management in New York.

She has over 25 years of industry experience and is a member of CIBC Private Wealth Management’s Asset Allocation Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fuhrmann served as a Portfolio Manager with Bessemer Trust, where she co-managed more than 300 client portfolios with an aggregate value.
She joined Bessemer through its acquisition of Brundage, Story and Rose, where she was responsible for managing equity and balanced portfolios for high net worth individuals and their families.
Previously, she was employed at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland.
She began her career analyzing local market trends for Salus Management, a firm brokering joint ventures in Ukraine.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude with a concentration in Statistics from Harvard University.
She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of CFA Society New York and the CFA Institute.
