Mr. Alexander Yakirevich is a President, Chief Investment Officer & Partner at Pier Capital LLC.
Since 2015 is responsible for directing the day to day operations of the Research Team in Jersey City and serves as Portfolio Manager for the Firm’s Small and SMid Cap Growth strategies.
Prior to joining Pier in 2004, he conducted equity research at Richmond Consulting and Research (RC&R) from 2002 to 2004.
RC&R was an independent equity research firm, specializing in selecting and recommending investment ideas to buy side, with focus on pair-trade strategies centered on companies listed in the U.S.
and Europe.
Prior to RC&R, he was at Individual Investor Group from 1997 to 2001.
From 1995 to 1997 he was with Value Line where he was responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial metrics of companies included in the Value Line Investment Survey.
He began his finance career at Prudential Securities in 1994.
He received his BS (1993) and MBA (2003) from New York University.
