Mr. Alan Chuang is Partner, Director of Portfolio Solutions & Risk Management at Corbin Capital Partners LP.
He is responsible for managing customized portfolios and overseeing the risk management and quantitative analysis functions.
He is a member of the Investment Committee and the Hedging and Allocation Committee.
Prior to joining Corbin in May 2011, he was a principal and head of investment strategies at Antarctica Asset Management, a fund of hedge funds.
Prior to Antarctica, he served as head of portfolio management at Ivy Asset Management.
He also served as the director of hedge fund investments at the Social Security Administration of the Government of Kuwait.
He began his career at JP Morgan in emerging markets.
He received a Sc.B. in Electrical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Brown University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School.
