Mr. Alain Cochenet joined Pechel Industries Partenaires in February 2006 after five years of varied experience in banking and industry.
He worked with Ernst & Young M&A (2004) and Deutsche Bank (2002-2003) focusing on M&A/ECM transactions.
Prior to that, he was a Financial Analyst with the automotive supplier Valeo in the USA (1999-2000).
He also had several experiences in Private Equity (Natexis Private Equity, Rothschild & Cie, The Center for Asia Private Equity Research).
He graduated from Reims Management School (Msc.
in Management) and holds a Masters in Finance from ESCP-EAP and an MBA from INSEAD.
He also studied in North America (HEC Montréal, BAA ; Wharton, MBA).
