Ahmad bin Eisa Al-Serkal is the founder and current President of Al Serkal Cultural Foundation, which was founded in 2017.

Mr. bin Eisa Al-Serkal is a former Chairman of Dubai Projects, Vice Chairman of UAE Youth Hostel Association, and Director of Emirates Telecommunications Group Co. PJSC, Al Burooj Real Estate, Beit Al Khair Society, Dubai Autism Center, Al Jalila Cultural Centre For Children, and Acting Vice President of Emirates Philatelic Association.
He completed his undergraduate degree at United Arab Emirates University.
