Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. est une société biopharmaceutique au stade clinique qui développe un portefeuille de molécules de petite taille destinées aux traitements anticancéreux de nouvelle génération (NGC). Les trois traitements NGC de son portefeuille sont le NGC-Capécitabine (NGC-Cap), le PCS3117, également appelé NGC-Gémcitabine (NGC-Gem), et le PCS11T, également appelé NGC-Irinotécan (NGC-Iri) ; deux actifs non oncologiques sont le PCS12852 et le PCS499. Le NGC-Cap est une association de PCS6422 et de capécitabine, la capécitabine étant le promédicament oral du médicament anticancéreux 5-fluorouracile. Le PCS3117 est un analogue oral de la gemcitabine qui est converti en son métabolite actif par un système enzymatique différent de celui de la gemcitabine. Le PCS11T est un promédicament du métabolite actif de l’irinotécan (SN-38). Le PCS12852 est un agoniste 5HT4 spécifique et puissant qui en est à la phase IIB et constitue un traitement potentiel pour les patients atteints de gastroparésie diabétique. Le PCS499 est un médicament pouvant être utilisé pour traiter des besoins médicaux non satisfaits et des affections causées par de multiples changements physiopathologiques.
