Dr. Yola Biedermann is a Head of Corporate Governance & Investment at Ethos Services SA. She has been a member of Ethos Services' management since 2011.
She is Head of the corporate governance and sustainability team.
In that role, she is responsible for Ethos’ socially responsible investment activities.
She supervises Ethos’ proxy voting service and the team's engagement activities, as well as the various reports on corporate governance and sustainability topics produced by Ethos.
She is also in charge of the regular update of Ethos’ proxy voting guidelines.
Prior to joining Ethos, she worked for several years as an economist with the Geneva Cantonal Hospital Planning Service.
She later taught Economics at the Geneva School of Business Administration (Haute Ecole de Gestion).
She earned a Ph.D.
in Economics at the University of Geneva.
