Mr. Win P.
McCausland, Jr. CFA, is Senior Vice President-Investments at Hamilton Capital Management, Inc. He is as a senior member of our Investment Management Group lending his greater than 40 years of experience to our active investment management process.
He also serves on advisory teams for endowments, retirement plans, family investment offices and selected private clients.
In support of these clients, he provides guidance on portfolio design, investment policy, governance, manager selection and performance evaluation issues as well as assisting with the ongoing comprehensive management of their investment portfolios.
Mr. McCausland was previously employed as Chief Investment Officer & Senior Vice President by Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Co. He previously employed as Vice President and Managing Director by Mass Mutual Life Insurance Co and Founder and President by Investment Perspectives LLC.
Mr. McCausland received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College (Illinois) and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
