Mr. Considine is the founder and a Managing Director of Considine Financial, LLC, a private equity advisory and investment firm.
Mr. Considine has twenty years of investment and financial experience, including previous positions with PPM America, Heller Financial, and Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Considine was with PPM America for twelve years, most recently as a Senior Partner, where he was the head of the direct equity investing effort for PPM America Capital Partners LLC, an $805 million fund.
He also has extensive experience in senior and subordinated lending and investing at PPM and Heller and was a public auditor with Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Considine currently serves on the Board of Directors of Packaging Advantage Corporation, Cygnus Corporation, and Capital H Group.
Mr. Considine previously served on the Board of Directors of Experimental and Applied Sciences, Industrial Coatings Group, Specialty Brands of America as well as the Advisory Board of Brockway, Moran & Partners.
Mr. Considine received his B.Sc.
of Accountancy from DePaul University in 1984 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
He also serves on the Board of the Chicago chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
