William Colligan is President and Chief Operating Officer of CSSI, Inc. Since joining CSSI in 1994, he has functioned as the Technical Lead of several projects with the FAA, DOD and NASA. He began his career at Martin Marietta in 1982 as an Engineer on the Space Launch Systems program.
He became a Technical Lead for Transport Canada's Systems Engineering and Integration Project in 1989.
He received his BS in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
