William A. Hoy

Prior to joining DeltaPoint Capital Management, LLC in June 2006, Mr. Hoy was a member of the business unit of Harter, Secrest & Emery LLP, where he served as counsel to DeltaPoint Capital Management and DeltaPoint Capital III, L.P.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest in 2004, Mr. Hoy was a member of the corporate department of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP where he focused focused his practice on the representation of private equity funds in connection with the structuring and execution of leveraged acquisitions.
Mr. Hoy has also served as a lecturer on private equity investing, including speaking engagements at the Erie Institute of Law and the Western New York Venture Association.
Mr. Hoy is a member of the American Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association where he serves on the Business Law Council.
Mr. Hoy is co-chair of the 2006 Mergers and Acquisitions Seminar for the Monroe County Bar Association.
Mr. Hoy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and a juris doctor, cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was a member of the Cornell Law Review.
