Mr. Whitney S.

From 1994 to 2000, he ran his own law practice focusing on, among other matters, commercial litigation, distressed debt resolution, and securities regulation.
He also advised hedge funds on commercial litigation affecting publicly traded equity.
He has served as Chairman, legal counsel, and member of various creditor's committees in bankruptcy proceedings.
He also worked at Ledgemont Private Equity as a managing director.
Mr. Quillen is also a General Partner of Q Properties LP, a New York State limited partnership formed in 1995.
His role at Q Properties entailed analyzing, buying and selling distressed mortgages and other collateralized debt, assets out of bankruptcy proceedings, and real property in the U.S., France, and the U.K.
He obtained an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University's Lubin Graduate School of Business in 1997, a JD from New York Law School in 1994 and a BA in Political Economics from Skidmore College in 1989.
Mr. Quillen is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
