Wendy has over 25 years in the senior housing space across the development, acquisition and management of more than 50 senior housing projects.
Throughout her career, Wendy has focused on building businesses through the optimization of business management processes, building and enhancing best-in-class management teams and creating value-added organizational structures.
She has successfully turned around dozens of distressed assets.
Wendy co-founded The Northbridge Companies, New England’s preeminent senior housing business with Jim Coughlin, and has been instrumental in growing Northbridge from a single asset to a portfolio of 17 communities today.
Prior to Northbridge, Wendy was a partner at Newton Senior Living.
As part of the senior management team, she was responsible for growing the organization from a single asset to a 27-community portfolio.
Wendy was also a founding partner at Benchmark Assisted Living, and was part of a team that built a 16-community portfolio through development and acquisition.
Wendy is active in the senior housing industry, as a former Board Member at MassALFA and through ASHA, NIC and the MIT Center for Real Estate Professional Development.
Wendy is a Co-Founder and member of the board of the One Angel Foundation, a non-profit focused on assisting children with access to water, housing, education and healthcare.
