Mr. Nguyen is an analyst in Gartner Research, where he is part of the Mobile and Wireless communications group.
Mr. Nguyen is responsible for research and analysis of the North and Latin American mobile terminals marketplace as well as North American mobile services.
In addition to this, he also covers inquiry and research support for the Strategic Advisory Program for Telecommunications Worldwide.

He assisted with internal and external research projects and maintained a library for all Gartner Dataquest telecom publications, both current and historical.
Mr. Nguyen received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego.
