Prior to this, Mr. Chyla had spent 2 years with RD Capital, and market neutral hedge fund focused on retail, real estate, and health care facilities.
He began his investment career with Ascent/Meredith Asset Management where he was an analyst for several years.
Mr. Chyla graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neurobiology.
