Mr. Timothy P.
Yantz is Partner at Meadow Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Meadow Partners, Mr. Yantz was a Director in the San Francisco office of Westbrook Partners.
He was instrumental in opening the San Francisco office and expanding Westbrook's acquisitions program and presence in the western United States.
Prior to moving to San Francisco, Mr. Yantz was based in Westbrook's New York office, where in addition to acquiring assets in eastern United States markets, he was also involved in Westbrook's acquisition efforts in the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Westbrook, Mr. Yantz worked in the acquisitions group of Charlesbank Capital Partners, a real estate and corporate private equity firm based in Boston which historically invested on behalf of Harvard University's endowment fund.
While at Charlesbank, he focused on the acquisition of real estate assets and portfolios throughout the United States.
Mr. Yantz received a B.S.
with distinction from Babson College.
